As your Self-Care Mindset Coach, I am here to help you make yourself a priority in your life.
While I am a Certified Mindset Coach, that’s not the only reason you might turn to me as your guide on this journey.
The truth is, I have learned and used the techniques I’ll share with you to help myself. Yes, even coaches need extra help as we peel back the layers in our own growth.
I can resonate with your thoughts, provide non-judgmental space for you, and allow you to put those same puzzle pieces together for yourself so you can create a life you love.
There is no cookie-cutter solution to any personal challenge we face. Not every coach will be right for every client.
So, I don’t work with every client.
I work with caregivers.
I work with those whom I can help the most.
That’s because I know what caregiver burnout and compassion fatigue can do to our lives. I know the exhaustion of doing too much and feeling like it’s not enough. Feeling like I’m not enough.
And I know how our boundaries can shatter and take us with them.
I also know that the guilt of tending to ourselves can be replaced by confidence, healthy boundaries, and joy. That those aches and pains can be replaced with memories of restful nights of sleep, and creatively inspired experiences. That we can feel and do better than we ever imagined, and that we can care for ourselves with the same passion we care for everyone else.

Each session is 90min allowing us the time we need to make lasting mindset changes.
Through our mindset coaching work we will include a thorough coaching exploration when it comes to your sense of your own worthiness. We will dive deep into your self-nurturing habits as a caregiver.
Flipping the invisible switch from guilt to acceptance, despair to joy, and hate to loving yourself again for years to come!
Whatever coaching option you choose, when we work together, you’ll transform your quality of life by refilling your caregiver cup more sustainably.

Since I have a Hendricks County, Brownsburg, Indiana Office location, you can visit me in office if you are local to the area like Avon, Plainfield, or Zionsville.

This is really a personal question.
I say that because what’s expensive to one person might not be so costly to another, and I am not in the business of being in my client’s wallets.
What I can tell you is this: You need to decide what makes the most sense for you and no one can discern your priorities for you.
If you need a payment plan to make the investment work, definitely book a Free Discovery Call with me, and I will do my best to work with you.
But if you’re asking weather coaching is a worthy investment in and of itself, consider this:
Time will pass anyway. Will you be content if you remain in the same place, you are now for the next 3, 6, 12months?

Yes, unless you have been advised otherwise by your therapist because coaching is NOT a replacement for therapy.
That said, coaching is wonderful in its own right.
It can often be a great addition to your therapy sessions.
Because while therapy treats mental health needs and related conditions, coaching helps you to enhance your life and achieve personal/professional goals.

So, after your discovery call, we will schedule your first coaching session, and then you will receive an email to complete some initial forms.
Our first coaching session is a getting-to-know-you session.
We’re laying down the groundwork for our coaching relationship, exploring some goal-setting exercises, and introducing some key tools we will use over the rest of our sessions.
You’ll leave with some simple tasks. From there we will begin to build your self-care toolkit so you can develop the habits and boundaries you need to fill your cup as a caregiver who deserves to care for themselves more often.
Stress, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion are at an all-time high.
